Our hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. E.S.T. If we are busy helping another customer, or if it is after hours, our voice mail will take your message. We will return your call within 48 hours. Please call this number should you need to make a correction to a current order, would like information on a previous order, or would like detailed information about any of our products, policies or our dealer program.

The Customer Order Line is available Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. E.S.T. or Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. The team at the Customer Order Line can take new orders for customers that are not affiliated with Independent Dealers. They can answer general questions about our products. However, they do not have access to information about your previous orders or a current order that is in process. They also do not have access to your customer account information. They do not have the ability to solve a problem with a current or a previous order. If you have a problem with a previous order, or need to make a change to a current order, please call the Technical Assistance and Customer Service Line at 1-803-485-1544.
