Breakfast of Champions
You’ve heard it said, “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.” Do you eat breakfast? Do you encourage your children to eat breakfast? How do you instill in them this important meal? If you have kids that play sports you might use this tactic. Have you seen that famous Wheaties commercial? “Eat your Wheaties” Many times kids will emulate their favorite sports figures. This commercial is an example of sports figures making a positive impact on kids by encouraging something such as eating breakfast daily, which can be great for kids.![]()
There are many benefits to your kids eating breakfast. Some of these benefits include: Being able to think more clearly. being better focused, having better behavior, and taking in nutritious vitamins that are found in many breakfast cereals and other foods.
If you have trouble getting your child to eat breakfast why not make it a game. Kids enjoy competition and sports so why not make breakfast a game too. Whoever can eat all their cereal first gets to take a day off from chores, or gets 30 extra minutes of television or maybe even an extra treat in the afternoon during snack time. Whatever it takes you want your child to have the breakfast of champions.
