Say Thanks
During the school year your child is coached and led by someone important in their young lives, “their coach” whether its a basketball coach, a football coach, a cheerleader coach, whatever sport your child plays that coach becomes an important person in your child’s life.
If you’re lucky, the coach is a good influence on your child and helps them to learn the skills, discipline and other things that he or she needs to be successful not only at that sport but will help him or her in other areas of their life as well.
If this is the case you might want to say “thanks” to that special coach at the end of the season. It is always nice to let a person know that you appreciate them and their “coaching” your child, giving of their time and talent to help the kids.
So why not pick out a special gift for them as a way of giving back for the time and effort they’ve given to your child?
